Demigod focused, not that you couldn't have guessed.

So I discovered in the last Pantheon that not only were we Darksiders out numbered but also seems like we were out manuevered as well.  What's with that?

One weekend, the last weekend in fact every match I played was on Prison I think it was called and they were all fortress matches.  What's with that?  I play the Queen of Thorns but there was no way I was appreciating the focus on this little map with only a few fortresses and towers standing between me and a side that is practically all assassins.  So this next Pantheon cycle I MIGHT pick Unclean Beast.  But I doubt it.  I love the Queen, she's SO Evil.

LOL!  So folks cap your flags and stay alive for gods sake or we are going to lose again!

              PS

               Generals are AWESOME!

Darkness shall prevail this time!

The Light will always triumph!

Not sure why Dark lost this round.  I didn't play Pantheon enough to get a feel for the Dark players.  I do know we've seen a lot of focus on equipment and not enough focus on citadel upgrades and flag capturing.  Once the playerbase starts figuring out the system better and learning to better manage and balance their spending we'll see better compeition online.

It's probably significant that a lot more Demigods were AI in the early days of Pantheon and more were actual players as the Pantheon drew to a close.  Dark AI > Light AI.  But in the end Light Players > Dark Players (numbers/skill/balance who knows?).

Watching the AI play Rook helps confirm my theory.

Good comment Ralsar, except the whole "light will always triumph" thing.

I only played 2 pantheon matches that counted (though it should have been like 10...im assuming i was against all bots and they didnt count or the stats just screwed up) but I found not enough people focus on citadel upgrades...every match ive played so far (skirmish, custom, pantheon) seems to have a disturbing lack of spending for the team.

GO DARK...wait sedna is dark right? teehee

The majority of my matches on the Dark side were with ai against teams of human Reguluses, which is entirely unfair.

Who cares who prevails? It's not like it's an accurate account of the situation considering all the disconnect losses and AI involved.
